FLT02M flow meter offers a great measuring accuracy
The Mainstream Doppler flowmeter measures and records flows for open channels and part-filled pipes.
The Mainstream is used:
The SIGMA 950 range of flow meters comprises 8 different versions, with physical-chemical and rainfall measurement options.
They are compact and light (H34*W25*D24 and 5 kg) and are equipped with a large LCD screen.
The flow meters can be programmed, and the data processed, either using Winfluid software or directly through the keyboard.
They may be portable or installed as a fixed station, and are particularly useful for the checking and regulatory monitoring of urban or industrial waste water effluent.
The overflow spouts are used with the SIGMA 950 bubble-to-bubble flow meter, to measure the free surface flow, in pipes of diameter 150, 200, 250 and 300 mm.
The spouts are inserted in the pipe and are held in place by an inflatable tube, which also provides the seal.
The effluent then overflows, either on a triangular type threshold, or on a round section channel.
The related hydraulic laws are provided by the Winfluid package.
Venturi channels are rated channels, the specific shape of which means that the level of water flowing freely through the channel is directly proportional to its flow rate.
Nine models of venturi channel are available with or without a header channel, as a function of the flow rate values to be measured.
These channels are made of resin and can thus be used in severe or corrosive environments. The Winfluid software package provides all the level-flow rate conversions, for each venturi channel model.
When the channels have been installed, utilisation becomes very simple, for monitoring flow rates of rivers, sewage station inlets and outlets, or of any other free surface flow.

Our sampler comprises a refrigerated chamber, with a polythene or glass bottle, equipped with a HACH SIGMA 900 SD sampling unit. A folding transport trolley, with inflatable wheels, is also available.
The 12 V power supplies for the cold unit and the sampler head are separate, in order to allow all possible power supply combinations (mains power and/or battery).
The chamber temperature is fully adjustable, by the user, down to -18°C (which enables the chamber to be cooled before starting the analysis, and also the cooling of the samples, for transfer to the laboratory).
This instrument can be used in fixed station or portable mode, and is particularly useful for conducting regulatory inspections (effluent release or similar regulations) on urban and industrial waste water release, and for monitoring pollution in storm overflow systems, etc.

The 900 SD sampler is the latest of the HACH SIGMA range.
This instrument exists in single- or multi-bottle version (glass or polythene), and can be converted into a refrigerated version, by adapting the bases.
The sampler has a high-speed peristaltic pump (0.9 m/s at 4.6 m) with spring-mounted rollers, and meets the requirements of ISO standard 5667-10.
